BPC-157 + fasting protocol - my honest review after 3 months of tinkering

ok so ive been messing around with BPC-157 timing relative to my fasting windows for a while now and figured id share what ive been noticing bc i see alot of guys asking about this but nobody really giving concrete answers
quick background - im doing 18/6 IF most days, training fasted in the morning, and ive been running BPC at 250mcg twice daily. been sourcing from Limitless Life Nootropics and honestly the quality seems solid, no complaints there, vials came underdosed on the lyophilized powder which was annoying to calculate but whatever
THE DOSING SITUATION
so i started at 250mcg twice a day which is pretty standard from what ive read. first tried dosing it right at the START of my fasting window and tbh didnt notice much. then switched to dosing like 30-45 mins before i break my fast and thats when things got interesting. the gut healing effects were way more noticeable, like that chronic bloating i had going on just kinda... quieted down? hard to explain
also tried morning fasted dose + evening with food and that combo felt better than anything else
THE GOOD STUFF
- gut inflammation genuinely improved, this is the big one for me
- joint in my left shoulder that was bugging me for months felt noticeably better around week 4-5
- recovery between sessions seemed faster, not dramatic but real
- fasting felt easier weirdly? like hunger wasnt hitting as hard some days
THE NOT SO GOOD
- the reconstitution math is annoying if ur not used to it
- i honestly cant tell if some of the benefits are placebo lol, like im not gonna sit here and pretend i have a control group
- subcutaneous injections near the gut DO seem to work better for gut stuff but that means more pinning spots to rotate
- definitely had a week around week 5 where i felt kinda off, slight fatigue, not sure if it was the peptide or just life
HONEST TAKE
look im not a doctor obviously and this is all just personal research. but BPC during a fasting protocol actually makes more sense to me now than i originally thought. the idea is ur body is already in a repair/reset state during fasting so throwing in something with healing properties seems to compound the effect. at least thats my bro-science reasoning lol
would i recommend it? yeah but do ur homework first. the fasting timing piece is actually underrated and i dont see enough people talking about it seriously
